On the morning of January 31, 2024, as the Chinese New Year was approaching, Dongsheng Group held a sharing meeting with the participation of all management personnel regarding outstanding deeds in various workplaces. The main theme of the meeting was to inherit and promote the values of the enterprise - "innovation, integrity, thinking for people, responsibility, and conservation".

 Eight representative spokespersons introduced outstanding achievements that emerged in their work from the perspectives of different departments. The seemingly ordinary deeds in work, through these small things, make colleagues feel the warmth of mutual support, and the team is also full of positive energy. The sharing of over forty real stories that have happened around us has made us feel the driving role and core values of Dongsheng Culture for enterprises.

 Finally, Zhang Zhongkai, Chairman of Dongsheng Group, gave a concluding speech. He first affirmed the exemplary role played by the eight colleagues shared in this position. At the same time, he also made two demands to all Dongsheng people:

 1、 Knowing the way, thinking of where to return. To understand why we work in Dongsheng and how we will face society and life. Dongsheng, as a high-tech enterprise that gathers many highly knowledgeable and high-quality talents; Making money to support the family cannot be the only purpose for everyone to work in Dongsheng. To establish higher ideals, it is necessary to have "values" and "sense of value". In order to come to Dongsheng with the same values, it is also necessary to establish a noble sense of value to face society and life, constantly empowering and adding value to one's own life.

 The "values" and "sense of value" of Dongsheng people come from the five words of "innovation, thrift, integrity, self-interest, and responsibility". The first two words teach us how to "do things", and the last three words teach us how to "be a person".
