At 9:30 am on December 29, 2023,  Dongsheng held the 2023 annual work summary meeting. All employees of the group headquarters, some employees of the Suixi factory, middle-level and above leaders of the bungalow research and development base, and the two factories in Cangzhou attended this meeting.

 At the meeting, the Chairman of the Group, Zhang Zhongkai, first gave a summary speech on the Group's work in 2023. Zhang Zhongkai pointed out in his speech that 2023 is the first year to comprehensively implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, and the year of economic recovery and development after three years of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control. Faced with multiple challenges, Dongsheng Group will strengthen the spirit of "responsibility and innovation" as a combination of efforts, solidly promote high-quality development, further improve the scientific and standardized management level of the group, and walk the path of steady development.

Zhang Zhongkai's speech

 In his speech, Zhang Zhongkai gave a detailed explanation and elaboration on the data and indicators of various departments for 2023, summarizing the achievements and shortcomings of the year. And planned and deployed the main work of the company for 2024. Zhang Zhongkai emphasized that the overall work of the group in 2024 will mainly revolve around three main lines: "ensuring goals, grasping profits, and promoting new products.".

 At the meeting, special thanks were given to Mr. Zhang Shengtian, the founder and lifelong honorary chairman of the company, for leading the R&D team to promote new product development, achieve packaging automation, and ensure safe production operation. He is the leader in the direction of Dongsheng Group's progress.

 Subsequently, the heads of each line of the group presented their 2023 work reports on marketing, strategic development, and new product research and development.

 Finally, Zhou Zhiyang, announced the appointment of management personnel for the group in 2024.

 In the past year, Dongsheng Group has resonated with the times and experienced many extraordinary moments. Under the firm leadership of the group leadership, all employees of Dongsheng have worked hard.
