On August 15, the 2022 annual meeting of Heilongjiang new metal material industry technology innovation alliance was held in Qiqihar. Shi Zhaohui, member of the Party group and deputy director of Heilongjiang Science and Technology Department, and Liu Gang, member of the Standing Committee of the Qiqihar Municipal Party committee and deputy mayor, attended the meeting and made a speech. A total of 67 alliance governing units such as China first heavy industry group, Jianlong Beiman and Institute of metals of Chinese Academy of Sciences and more than 20 experts from the expert advisory committee attended the meeting.  Dongsheng participated in the meeting as the alliance governing unit.

At the meeting, matters such as adding the vice president, directors, experts and members of the alliance were adopted. Dongsheng and Heilongjiang University of science and technology signed a contract on industry university research cooperation.

Since the establishment of the alliance, with the aim of "joint innovation, integration of resources, complementary advantages and win-win cooperation", the alliance has continuously expanded the development space, gathered domestic top research and development institutions and production enterprises in the field of new metal materials, colleges and universities, industrial alliances, etc., and is striving to build an international influential industrial alliance of new metal materials.

As a member of the alliance, Dongsheng will give full play to its own advantages, improve the research, development and manufacturing level of the company in the field of new material technology by virtue of the platform advantages of the alliance, further promote the competitiveness of the new metal material industry in Heilongjiang Province at home and abroad, and make contributions to the economic development of Heilongjiang Province.
