On July 10, Liu Zhihui, Director of Henan Center of State Intellectual Property Office, and Shi Xiaodong, Deputy Director of the Patent Office of State Intellectual Property Office, accompanied by Zhang Shaojun, Director of Policy and Regulation Department of Heilongjiang Intellectual Property Office, visited the headquarters of Dongsheng Company for investigation and research, and made improvements in quality and efficiency of patent review, cultivation of high-value patents, patent priority review and patent review. Concentrate on examination and other contents for discussion. Li Zhou, Vice General Manager of Dongsheng Company, Chen Rui, Director of Intellectual Property Office, and all the staff received the leaders.

Li Zhou, deputy general manager of Dongsheng , briefed Director Liu and his delegation on the development process of the enterprise, intellectual property work, application of achievements transformation and strategic planning of intellectual property. Director Liu fully affirmed the intellectual property work of Dongsheng , and encouraged Dongsheng  to continue to strengthen intellectual property protection and enhance the core competitive power of the enterprise .

At the meeting, Director Liu gave a detailed introduction to the basic situation, construction process, functions and responsibilities of the Henan Provincial Audit Association Center. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on patent review, patent navigation, patent layout and cultivation of high-value patents. Director Liu and his delegation listened carefully to the problems and suggestions of Dongsheng in intellectual property management, and put forward constructive suggestions on patent discovery, patent application and patent layout.
